Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and distribution to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers, 3PL providers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage annual budget for logistics operations and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics platforms
- Proven track record of optimizing distribution networks and reducing logistics costs
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
