Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for 15+ key accounts
- Optimize inventory turnover and reduce logistics costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting and inventory management systems
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and negotiate key contracts
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years in supply chain leadership with 3+ in APAC
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and logistics software (e.g., Blue Yonder)
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Experience managing cross-border customs and compliance
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
