Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for high-volume B2B clients
- Optimize multi-modal transportation networks (sea, rail, road) using AI-powered analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover)
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon-neutral shipping corridors
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Oversee implementation of WMS/TMS systems and IoT tracking solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in European markets
- Proven expertise in TMS/WMS implementation (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain modeling tools
- Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals across multiple countries
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages a plus
