Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across procurement, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Lead digital transformation initiatives using AI/ML for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with global partners
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover, cost-to-serve)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in lean methodologies and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years' experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification required with 5+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and supply chain analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven track record in optimizing multi-regional distribution networks
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Experience in implementing ESG initiatives within supply chains
