Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing inventory levels, transportation networks, and warehouse operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop risk mitigation protocols for global disruptions while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP SCM and Tableau to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships with top 3PL partners across 12 countries
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing transportation emissions by 15% annually
- Mentor junior supply chain analysts through our structured leadership program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in international supply chain management
- Expertise in SAP SCM and inventory optimization software
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs by 20%+ in complex environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and network modeling
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
- Experience managing cross-border operations in APAC region
