Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the supply chain, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure cost-effective procurement and distribution strategies.
- Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
