Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multinational clients across APAC
- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and inventory optimization
- Drive digital transformation through ERP implementation and AI-powered analytics
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for global disruptions and compliance
- Optimize transportation networks, reducing costs by 15-20% annually
- Lead sustainability initiatives to achieve carbon-neutral logistics operations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Present executive-level insights to C-suite stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Expertise in APAC logistics regulations and customs compliance
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making background
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages valued)
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across 3+ countries
