Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for APAC region
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in logistics operations
- Optimize inventory management and distribution networks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Implement sustainability initiatives in supply chain processes
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-impact projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
- Expertise in international trade compliance and customs
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages beneficial)
