Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for European distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and inventory management
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting and inventory optimization systems
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements
- Collaborate with global partners on sustainable logistics initiatives
- Oversee warehouse automation and last-mile delivery innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in logistics hubs
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of optimizing distribution networks in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages advantageous
