Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact while maintaining operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics operations
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and freight management
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and supply chain modeling techniques
