Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for APAC operations
- Lead cross-functional teams (procurement, warehousing, transportation, inventory)
- Optimize logistics networks using AI-driven analytics and TMS/ERP systems
- Develop risk mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- Expertise in APAC logistics networks and customs regulations
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages advantageous)
