We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee our global logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve delivery times and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain analysts and coordinators.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, production, and warehouse teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
