We seek a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for our Midwest distribution hub. Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize multi-echelon supply chain networks using advanced analytics and AI-driven forecasting tools
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives targeting 15%+ cost reduction annually
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate strategic vendor contracts
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations (customs, FDA, C-TPAT)
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy practices
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS/TMS implementations
- CSCP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and demand planning
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights
