Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and mitigate risks
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain projects
- Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
- Certifications in APICS (CSCP, CPIM) or ISM (C.P.M.) required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
