Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs and improve service levels
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across vendor, warehouse, and transportation partners
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate contracts for optimal performance
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics operations and carbon footprint reduction
- Implement and maintain compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization and distribution network design
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM, or CILT) required
- Experience managing international logistics and cross-border operations
- Exceptional leadership abilities with track record of developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
