Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across APAC region
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Optimize inventory levels using AI-driven demand forecasting
- Manage 3PL partnerships and vendor performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 28000 and customs regulations
- Present quarterly supply chain KPIs to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and Oracle TMS
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Experience managing cross-border customs and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
