Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks across 5+ regional hubs
- Leverage data analytics to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and ERP system optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic contracts
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-regional distribution networks
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing 15+ person teams
