Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution networks
- Oversee transportation management, including carrier negotiations and route optimization for 3PL partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP/TMS systems to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with procurement to manage supplier relationships and vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record of optimizing distribution networks and reducing logistics costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and 3PL relationships
- Deep understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance
