Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee S&OP processes to balance demand, supply, and inventory optimization
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including ERP implementation and automation
- Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and improve ethical sourcing
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and build resilience strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Expertise in S&OP, inventory optimization, and network design
- Proven track record implementing ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization tools
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Experience in cross-functional team leadership and change management
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
