Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements for inventory turnover and cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain complex demand forecasting models to align procurement with market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, and Sales) to ensure supply chain agility and responsiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, fill rates, and freight costs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms.
- Generate high-level reporting for executive stakeholders to drive business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing supply chain processes.
