Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory requirements and manage stock levels effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and key vendors.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate comprehensive reports on KPIs, including on-time delivery rates and cost per order.
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier selection to minimize freight costs and maximize efficiency.
- Lead cross-departmental projects related to supply chain digital transformation and ERP implementation.
- Monitor market trends to advise leadership on strategic sourcing and inventory optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supply chain analysis or operations management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
