Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock placement to minimize carrying costs while ensuring service level targets.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Develop and maintain supply chain KPI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline logistics workflows and reduce operational waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership regarding supply chain health and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JDA) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
- Professional certification such as CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt is highly preferred.
