Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain KPIs and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, and Sales) to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and freight costs to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and maintain robust supply chain models and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new ERP systems and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadline management.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
