Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting tools to predict demand trends and optimize stock levels, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain workflow and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that reduce costs and increase speed.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory turnover ratios and implement inventory control strategies to reduce holding costs while maintaining product availability.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders to provide visibility into supply chain performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or logistics management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving logistical problems under pressure.
