Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline operations and reduce lead times.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and cost per unit.
- Utilize advanced Excel and SQL skills to create complex reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at digitizing supply chain workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
