We are seeking a visionary Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our elite operations team in Houston. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our global supply chain network, reducing operational costs, and ensuring seamless logistics execution.

Responsibilities
- Optimization: Analyze complex supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Forecasting: Develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory models to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess holding costs and waste.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to align supply chain strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, operations management, or logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced data analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret large datasets, build predictive models, and draw actionable conclusions from complex information.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
