Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain metrics including inventory turnover, lead times, and freight costs to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Sales) to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
- Utilize advanced SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and visualize complex datasets from our ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Lead initiatives to streamline logistics processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and vendor performance to negotiate better contracts and terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
