Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain advanced supply chain models using tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Tableau to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to improve transportation networks, reduce freight costs, and enhance delivery performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement process improvements, focusing on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous integration methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, fill rate, and order accuracy to report on supply chain health.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through scenario planning and strategic vendor management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to drive organizational alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or logistics management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analysis software (Excel, SQL, or Python).
- Strong understanding of logistics concepts, including warehousing, transportation modes, and inventory management principles.
- Certification in Six Sigma, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), or similar is a significant plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
