We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our elite team in Chicago. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive demand forecasting and inventory optimization to ensure stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Analyze complex supply chain data using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Design and implement supply chain software integrations, focusing on ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance.
- Lead root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and execute corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve end-to-end visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations research.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel (Advanced/VBA), and visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI).
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt are highly preferred.
