Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain network.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including carrier selection, freight auditing, and delivery schedule management.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to automate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with supply chain planning tools and demand forecasting software.
