Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies for key European trade lanes
- Analyze logistics data using advanced tools (SAP, Power BI) to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers and freight forwarders
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting inventory turnover and warehouse efficiency
- Design and maintain robust contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Present executive-level reports on KPIs including lead times, carrier performance, and carbon footprint
- Coordinate cross-border customs compliance and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in international supply chain operations or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP SCM, Oracle, Manhattan Active) and data visualization tools
- CSCP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages advantageous
- Experience with EU customs regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
