Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models using SAP and Power BI
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations across 5+ European countries
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Create sustainability reports aligning with EU Green Deal regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in international supply chain operations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and Microsoft Power BI
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German proficiency highly valued
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Familiarity with EU customs regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
