Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, lead times, and freight costs, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, sales) to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline logistics workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track shipments, monitor inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for executive leadership regarding supply chain performance and strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the supply chain network and reducing total landed cost.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, operations management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL is required.
- Experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
