Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies using SAP and Oracle platforms
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities and performance bottlenecks
- Lead cross-functional projects with procurement, warehousing, and distribution teams
- Develop predictive models for demand forecasting and inventory management
- Coordinate international freight movements and customs compliance across APAC markets
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics operations and carbon footprint reduction
- Mentor junior analysts and implement continuous improvement methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or logistics operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Certified in APICS CPIM or CSCP is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and optimization
- Expertise in international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
