Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain optimization initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
- Analyze complex logistics data to forecast demand trends and optimize inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational agility.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize advanced data modeling and SQL to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making and vendor negotiations.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) relationships and conduct performance audits to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations.
- Proven expertise in supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel (Advanced/Power Query), SQL, and Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to executive stakeholders.
