Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams to optimize shipping routes, carrier selection, and freight costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, freight spend, and inventory turnover.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements without compromising service quality.
- Prepare comprehensive, data-backed reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supply chain analysis or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, Manhattan Associates) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing operational costs.
