Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies using SAP and Power BI
- Analyze global logistics data to identify cost reduction opportunities and KPI improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams
- Develop predictive models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic logistics partnerships
- Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and sustainability standards
- Present actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders using executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain optimization within logistics/transportation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM, Power BI, and SQL
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or CPIM
- Deep understanding of EU customs regulations and INCOTERMS
- Experience managing cross-border logistics in the Benelux region
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Dutch (other European languages a plus)
