Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies using advanced analytics tools
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce logistics costs by 15-20% annually
- Design and maintain predictive inventory models for 3PL operations
- Collaborate with APAC regional teams on vendor management and procurement strategy
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse automation and last-mile delivery
- Generate executive dashboards with KPIs for on-time delivery, freight spend, and inventory turnover
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing IoT and blockchain in logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Data Science (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in supply chain analytics with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in SAP SCM, Tableau, and Python/R for logistics modeling
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Proven experience optimizing APAC logistics networks with multi-modal transport
- Strong background in customs compliance and international trade regulations
- Experience implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) and TMS platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across global operations
