Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join the team at GlobalFlow Logistics. In this pivotal role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and superior service delivery across the APAC region.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels and safety stock calculations to minimize holding costs while ensuring stock availability.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (using Power BI or similar) to track logistics performance, transit times, and cost variances.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with 3PL partners and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to create accurate demand forecasts and production schedules.
- Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain workflows and reduce operational risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics planning, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience is highly preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex logistical challenges.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional Asian languages are a plus.
