Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for significant cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain complex forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, IT) to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, cycle time, and on-time delivery rates.
- Generate actionable business intelligence reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics analysis, or operations management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a major plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
