Responsibilities
- Design and analyze subsea hardware including trees, manifolds, and control systems
- Lead FEED studies and detailed engineering for offshore field developments
- Collaborate with drilling, reservoir, and operations teams to ensure system integration
- Conduct risk assessments and reliability studies for harsh environment applications
- Mentor junior engineers and manage engineering deliverables within project timelines
- Stay current with industry standards (API, NORSOK) and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Ocean Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in subsea systems design for deepwater projects
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., ANSYS, AutoCAD, SACS)
- Strong understanding of subsea hardware and installation methodologies
- Experience with dynamic riser analysis and flow assurance systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on schedule
