Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including MRT expansions and coastal protection systems
- Conduct structural analysis using BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D) and finite element modeling
- Manage project budgets exceeding SGD 50M with rigorous risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with government agencies (LTA, PUB) for regulatory compliance and approvals
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured professional development program
- Implement sustainable engineering practices targeting Green Mark Platinum certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000)
- Proven track record in managing complex underground construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and BCDA guidelines
- Postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering preferred
