Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles, from market research and supplier selection to contract negotiation and performance management.
- Analyze market trends and internal spend data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage a portfolio of key suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and SLAs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and engineering teams to align procurement with business goals.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new suppliers into our ecosystem.
- Mentor junior procurement staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of global supply chain principles, risk management, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
