Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive significant cost savings and long-term value creation.
- Lead end-to-end, multi-million dollar contract negotiations with a global network of tier-1 vendors.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to identify spend leakage and implement process optimization opportunities.
- Foster strategic partnerships through the implementation of rigorous Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure supply chain alignment.
- Champion ESG and corporate social responsibility initiatives within the vendor selection and auditing process.
- Monitor market trends and geopolitical shifts to proactively mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or high-level purchasing roles.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through complex negotiation and category management.
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar top-tier ERP and eSourcing platforms.
- Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
