Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for multi-million dollar spend categories.
- Negotiate complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost and mitigate risk.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework to drive performance.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) modeling to support business cases.
- Champion ESG and sustainability initiatives by integrating green procurement standards into the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive stakeholders to align procurement goals with corporate strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in global procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of delivering significant year-over-year cost savings and process improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise procurement software.
- Industry-recognized certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or MCIPS.
- Expert-level negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
