Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to optimize spend and enhance operational efficiency across global markets.
- Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mitigated risk.
- Conduct deep-dive market analytics and financial modeling to identify emerging trends and supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key global suppliers to ensure quality, innovation, and continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align procurement goals with overarching corporate growth objectives.
- Champion sustainable sourcing initiatives and drive corporate social responsibility (CSR) within the end-to-end supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings and process improvements in a global environment.
- Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Expert-level negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Advanced analytical proficiency using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
