Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for global indirect and direct spend worth over $200M.
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, service levels, and favorable legal terms.
- Implement rigorous supplier performance management frameworks to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and diversification strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to forecast spend and achieve significant annual cost-saving targets.
- Champion Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by integrating sustainability metrics into the supplier selection process.
- Utilize advanced ERP and e-Sourcing tools to streamline procurement workflows and enhance data transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement management.
- Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Expert-level negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Deep proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise-level procurement software.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in spend analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of contract law and international trade regulations.
