Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-year contracts with key international suppliers.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement advanced supplier performance management frameworks to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Engineering, and Logistics to align procurement with business goals.
- Direct the digital transformation of procurement processes through ERP optimization and automation.
- Manage a high-performing team of buyers and analysts to deliver consistent operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or category management.
- Expert-level proficiency with SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
- Proven ability to manage annual spends exceeding $100M with documented savings results.
- Hold professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or MCIPS.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
