Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
- Lead contract negotiations with key domestic and international suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Engineering, to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee departmental budget and reporting for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing procurement teams.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly preferred.
