Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with company goals and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with high-quality suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
- Monitor market trends, material availability, and industry forecasts to proactively manage supply chain risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Review and draft complex vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations to maintain high standards of quality and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing processes and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong supplier relationships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are highly preferred.
